OGE-450	Confidential Financial Disclosure Report USDA now requires all financial disclosure filers to submit their forms electronically. Paper versions of the forms will no longer be accepted. Please contact the Science Ethics Branch at Science-Ethics@dm.usda.gov for log on information to file your financial disclosure report.
OGE-450A	Confidential Certificate of No New Interests USDA now requires all financial disclosure filers to submit their forms electronically. Paper versions of the forms will no longer be accepted. Please contact the Science Ethics Branch at Science-Ethics@dm.usda.gov for log on information to file your financial disclosure report.
OGE-278	Public Financial Disclosure Report This form is to be used only by employees in the following pay plans: SES, SL, and ST; or by employees paid 120% of the GS-15 level. USDA now requires all financial disclosure filers to submit their forms electronically. Paper versions of the forms will no longer be accepted. Please contact the USDA Office of Ethics at daeo.ethics@usda.gov for log on information to file your financial disclosure report.
