FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE FORMS
OGE-450	Confidential Financial Disclosure Report To be used by employees graded 15 or below, Special Government Employees, or those not covered under the Super Grade pay plans to report their financial interests as well as other interests outside the Government. The purpose of this report is to assist employees and their agencies in avoiding conflicts between official duties and private financial interests or affiliations.		Adobe PDF
