was prepared as a component of a developmental assignment conducted by Dr.
Joyce G. Foster during her participation in the Office of Personnel Management's
Executive Potential Program.
ENCYCLOPEDIA OF ETHICAL FAILURE
Prepared by the Department of Defense - Office of General Counsel, this guide
contains real examples of Federal employees who have intentionally
or unwittingly violated the Standards of Ethical Conduct & the resulting
sanctions taken against them. Many cases could have been avoided completely if the employee had
contacted their Ethics Advisor before getting involved in the inappropriate
action.
